Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be referred?

No, you do not need a referral to see a chartered physiotherapist at our clinic. However, most health insurers require a doctor’s referral before they authorise cover of fees.

How quickly will I be seen?

There is generally no waiting list and you can usually see physiotherapist within 24 hours. If we have availability, we will offer appointment on the same day.

Do you do home visits?

If you would feel more relaxed being treated in the comfort of your own home, then a home visit may be best suited. Some patients may need home visit due to their condition. Please do let us know, one of our team members will bring all the necessary kit to treat you in your own home. All you have to do is to pick the time and place.

Do I have to make an appointment?

The best way is to call us and we can offer available appointments to you and book you in for a time that suits you. You can also drop in to our clinic and can book an appointment for you in person. How many sessions will I need?

Following initial assessment, the physiotherapist will be able to advise you upon the expected number of sessions and time frame for anticipated recovery.
